One journalist identified as Aijaz Ahmad was injured when forces fired pellets today on protests in Wathoo area of Shopian district.
Aijaz is a Video-Journalist who works with News24.
Clashes erupted in the village when Government forces raided the venue of a pro-freedom rally today morning.
However, people resisted the forces action and revolted the action. Forces had taken down the tents erected for the rally.
